The organization was founded by Sheila Posey in 2020. E.S.T.E.E.M. is a career readiness training and coaching program that equips females ages 12 and up with knowledge, skills and support to thrive in life. The E.S.T.E.E.M. team is passionate about helping women succeed in all stages of life and whatever goals you set your mind to accomplish!
